We’ve tagged this as a grain because it’s often thought of as such, but in fact, quinoa is a seed!

Cooked Quinoa


  • 1 Cup Quinoa
  • 2 Cups Water


  • Measure quinoa and add to a cooking pot. Measure and add water.
  • Cook for about 20 minutes, until the water is absorbed,


Eat as a plain side dish, add to salads, or add to other ingredients before cooking to make a pilaf.
