- 1 Cup Quinoa
- 2 Cups Water
- Measure quinoa and add to a cooking pot. Measure and add water.
- Cook for about 20 minutes, until the water is absorbed,
Eat as a plain side dish, add to salads, or add to other ingredients before cooking to make a pilaf.
