Lindiwe Sithole is from Zimbabwe and has been in Canada since June of 2009. Lindiwe was a teacher in Zimbabwe for 8 years, teaching Elementary school grades 1-7. Lindiwe loves food and loves cooking to serve her family with home cooked meals. Lindiwe will be sharing traditional and family recipes from Zimbabwe and indicating regionally similar dishes from other countries in Africa.
